How do I join my family?
Someone already in your family sends you an invite code. Get Family Vault, tap I have a code, and type it in. Your family is already there.
There is no way to join a family without an invitation. That is on purpose.
Who can see what I add?
Only the family members you are connected with. Nobody outside your family can see anything, and you can check exactly who sees any item on its Who can see this screen.
I am not getting reminders
Open your device's Settings app and make sure notifications are allowed for Family Vault. Then open Settings inside Family Vault and check that the reminders you want are turned on.
Scanning an invitation is not picking everything up
Hold the whole card in view, in good light, and flat rather than at an angle. Whatever it reads is only a starting point, so you can fix any detail before you save the event.
If a card will not read, send it to us below and we will take a look.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings inside the app, then Account, then Delete my account. Your account and your personal details are removed.
Events, polls and answers you shared with your family may stay visible to them, because that information is theirs too.
